De NVVRT organiseert in 2027 traditioneel op de derde vrijdag van januari haar jaarcongres.
U bent van harte welkom op 14 en 15 januari 2027 in het Van der Valk Hotel in Utrecht.
Na de feestelijke lustrumviering van afgelopen jaar zijn we dit jaar weer terug bij onze vertrouwde formule: het pre-symposium op donderdagmiddag en de congresdag op vrijdag.
Jong talent en ervaren collega’s uit eigen gelederen zullen het programma op donderdagmiddag invulling geven in de u bekende kleine setting.
Vrijdag wanen we ons in Italië: deze dag wordt verzorgd door Giacomo Fabbri en Francesco Mintrone. Gezamenlijk zullen zij u bijscholen over uitgebreide restauratieve tandheelkunde op basis van een digitale planning en workflow, waarbij ook de implantologie een duidelijke plek krijgt in dit thema.
Donderdag
Op 14 januari 2027 bent u van harte welkom op het Pre-symposium. Deze middag is interactief en informeel.
Na het pre-symposium is er aansluitend een diner. Dit jaar vindt dit plaats in La Cantina di David. Voor het programma op donderdag worden alleen combinatietickets verkocht: het geeft toegang tot zowel het pre-symposum als het diner. Tickets voor deze activiteiten apart van elkaar worden niet verkocht. Het maximum aantal aanwezigen is vastgesteld op 100 personen. Meld u zich tijdig aan! Vol=vol.
Vrijdag
Op de congresdag, 14 januari, zullen Francesco Mintrone en Giacomo Fabbri u meenemen met hun lezingen over uitgebreide restauratieve tandheelkunde. In hun moderne manier van werken komt een gedegen planning, esthetiek, patiënteducatie, minimaal invasieve tandheelkunde, implantologie en immediaat vervanging terug. Middels digitale registratie van facebow en jaw tracking en hoe dit te integreren in de diagnostiek kunnen ze de patiënt een visualisatie geven van het eindresultaat en voorzien van een test-drive.
Planning van implantologie en het selecteren van de juiste abutments en vormgeving van de suprastructuren wordt benadrukt en draagt bij aan het perfecte emergence profile en gezondheid rond implantaten, zowel in het front als zijdelingse delen. En, of dit nu delayed of immediaat wordt uitgevoerd, Mintrone en Fabbri zijn van beide markten thuis.
In een samenhangende lezing zullen zij u beurtelings trakteren op een leerzame dag.

This session explores how aesthetic and functional analysis can be integrated into a digital workflow. Particular emphasis is placed on communication between the prosthodontist, the orthodontist, surgeon and dental technician, ensuring that treatment planning begins with the desired final restoration and future gingival architecture.

Immediate Implant Placement, Tissue Reconstruction and Early Complication Management
From Extraction to Definitive Restoration Through a Coordinated Surgical–Prosthetic Workflow
A multidisciplinary session dedicated to immediate implant treatment, hard- and soft-tissue reconstruction and the management of complications during the critical early healing phase. Surgical and prosthetic perspectives are integrated to preserve the planned aesthetic outcome.
Franceso Mintrone
Dr. Francesco Luigi Mintrone was born in Milan on November 25, 1968.
At the beginning of his career, he worked as a dental technician specializing in fixed prostheses, in particular as a porcelain technician, following specific training in Italy and abroad.
Dr. Mintrone graduated in Dentistry and Dental Prosthesis at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia in 2000. After graduation, he attended numerous advanced courses to perfect his knowledge in the fields of prosthetics and implant dentistry.
Winner of the Master Clinician Program in Implant Dentistry UCLA/gIDE 2009/2010. Winner of the video contest for prosthetic case studies at Nobel Biocare Symposium 2010. Member of the European Academy of Esthetic Dentistry (EAED). He regularly lectures at national and international congresses and courses on all-ceramic solutions and minimally invasive preparation techniques.
His articles on pre-visualization have been published internationally in specialist journals, as well as articles on vertical dimension and functional aspects in prosthetic rehabilitation.
He currently works in a private practice focusing on esthetic and functional dentistry, both on natural teeth and on implants.

Giacomo Fabbri
Dr. Giacomo Fabbri was born in 1979 and he graduated with honours in dentistry and dental prosthodontics at the University of Pavia in 2003. He attended several postgraduate programs in Italy and abroad in the fields of Prosthodontics, Periodontics, Implant Dentistry and Esthetic Dentistry. Among these courses, the Master Program in Fixed Prosthodontics held by Dr. Mauro Fradeani had a significant role in his education and in his current activities. In 2012 he became an Active Member of the Italian Academy of Prosthetic Dentistry (A.I.O.P), a prestigious scientific Academy in the field of esthetic and prosthetic dentistry. He has published several international articles in peer-reviewed journals and he lectures regularly in Italy and internationally on topics related to fixed prosthodontics and implant prosthodontics with specific interest on esthetics, soft tissue integration and biology around implants, new materials and modern minimally invasive approaches. Adjunct Clinical faculty Tuft University Boston. He works in Ban-Mancini-Fabbri Specialist Dental Practice, located in Cattolica (Italy), in the field of esthetics and prosthetic rehabilitation on natural teeth and implants.
